NPrining report automation to receipient!

Dear all,

I m new in nprinting and I have to send report through it. Email I'd I am getting from my qlikview data model as a field..

Is it possible without hardcoding email I'd in Nprinting, I can automate report to recipients which are available in my data model Field?

Email I'd may keep on increase or decrease in database.

Kindly suggest pls..

Hi Abhay,

Yes, this is possible and very simple to do in QlikView NPrinting. You will need to import your recipients from your QlikView document. You can set the rule to import all, only new or only modified recipients. You can also choose to delete old recipients, i.e., those that do not exist in the source (QVW) any more. This way you maintain a dynamic list of recipients in your QlikView document (or other data source like an Excel file) and use an Import Recipient Task in QlikView NPrinting to get an up to date recipient list with appropriate filters, e-mail addresses and other details.

You can also add Recipient level filters and other options and parameters during your recipient import process.

Once you have your recipients, groups (optional but recommended) and recipient filters, you can follow this document that explains how to distribute user specific reports by e-mail: How to Distribute User Specific QlikView Reports by E-mail
