NPrinting 17 On Demand - Authentication Required?!

Hi,

We have decided to make the jump to NPrinting 17 and On Demand from NPrinting 16 but have hit a bit of road block.

When we hit the on demand button we keep receiving an authentication required box. All of our users authenticate in Qlikview via WebTicket token and are from an ODBC directory.

I am hoping I haven't made an assumption, but you don't have to create every user in NPrinting? If not, how can I resolve the authentication box?

Environment is:

• QV 12.10 SR1 (12.10.10000.0)
• IIS for Web Server
• NPrinting 17.2.2.0

Chris -

NPrinting does not yet support web ticketing. You would have to create the users in NPrinting and assign them a role with permissions to create On-Demand reports.
