URL Selection on Derived Calendar Fields

Hi,

We are building a mashup, and this links to some sheets in iframes. We need to make some default selections such as department and year.

So in accordance with App Integration API ‒ Qlik Sense we are passing those variable through the URL.

Selections on the regular fields work as expected, but on the derived calendar.

So this works:

/state/analysis/select/Department/10%20Top

This does not:

/state/analysis/select/Date.autocalendar.Year/2016/
/state/analysis/select/Year/2016/

Does anyone know of a workaround?

For selections containing numeric values and search terms, the text representation should be added within square brackets, as in [value1]

Search terms? like /state/analysis/select/Date/[=Year(Date)=2016] ?

Just out of curiosity: have you tried to encode the dots by %2E

Yes, I tried af few variants. It does work on regular fields, even typing non URL safe characters in the browser is being translated nicely.

My guess is there are still some open issues with this relatively new feature. I can imagine no all parts of the software are covered with an implementation already..
