Nprinting Service Gets Hanged

Hi,

We are currently on Nprinting 16.2 & Qlikview 11.2 SR12 version...

Sometimes, Nprinting service still in running stage but the .nsqs are not getting triggered...

We are stopping the Nprinting service manually & starting again...Once service is restarted, users are adding the new schedules into nsqs to trigger the effected Nprinting jobs...This issue is occurring twice in a month and it is effecting the business...

Can you help to know how to fix this...Let us know if you need any log files to troubleshoot the issue....

i think there are so many jobs in your Nprinting task?  if yes please remove the unused task .

We are not referring to a specific nsq....

Sometimes, the nprinting service is active but no nsqs will be triggered...We need to manually restart the service and then all the schedules will be reloaded....
