Get Internal inconsistency, type B, detected

Get Internal inconsistency, type B, detected   message when I go to Load Script on a qvw document.

This document has behaved well for some time. I backed out the changes done in the last two hours and I still get the same issue.  I started from a file a couple hours ago and the same. 

The file is on our server but not refreshing. 

How do I determine what is behind this error, what is causing?

The problem was I put expression in incorre ctly.  When backed out and reapplied, fine
