I wonder if I need to generate a new key if I want to migrate the QlikView Server 9 to version 11. Thank you.
I'm not 100% sure, but I think not. Try your existing key, and if it does not work contact your QlikTech rep to get the licensed upgraded.
To my knowledge there should be no extra cost to upgrade, but there might be restrictions on dates in the LEF file that governs the license.
If your support is valid. Then you are eligible for v11
