Attendance Dashboard

Hi,

Im new to qlikview dashboard. i would like to ask for help. i am tasked to create a dashboard on the biometrics attendance. Below is a sample of my raw data:

I need to create a report of those who came in later than 8am for the morning in and who went out before 5pm for the out.

then would like also to see the average time in and out of each depart.
