if i want to install Nprinting server i will need to install MS Office or not?

Nprinting 16 is compatible up to 11.2 SR13, for QV12 you'll need Nprinting 17.

Nprinting 17 is not recommended to run on one server with QVS.

but paul i installed Nprinting 16 and qlikview V12 in the same computer and he work so good that why i say perhaps he will work also in my server.

It could work, however the requirements for 16 state there is no support for QV12

Requirements for NPrinting 14 and following versions up to NPrinting 16

*QlikView 12.0 is not supported by any version of NPrinting 16.x.x.x

**NPrinting 16 supports up to QlikView Desktop 11.20 SR 13. (For QV Desktop requirements for On Demand, please see On Demand section below).

***From NPrinting 15.6.0.0, QlikView Desktop 9 (SR5 and SR6), Windows XP SP3, Server 2003 SP2 and Bullzip PDF Printer are no longer supported.

System requirements for QlikView NPrinting ‒ QlikView NPrinting‌ 17

QlikView: QlikView Desktop 11 SR5 or higher and 12 SR1 or higher are both supported.
