Top 300 Items

Hi

How do i do a formula for top 300 items by quantity.

Hi,  You can try expression like =Only({} quantity) In case of Qlikview 9 use expression as Only(quantity)) and  Then go to the properties-->Presentation-->under dimension limitations check the option max visible number and set as 300, This requires to be sort by y value descending. For 10 and 11 versions... use dimension limits  Regards. Siva Sankar k

Hi Nayan,

Not sure which chart you are  using, if you are usiing Striaght chart or bar chart then you can go with suggestions given by siva,but if you are using pivot chart then refer the following link.

I'm on Qlikview 10.  In the presentation tab it only has the option from  1 to 100.  How do I show it up to 300.

It's a straight chart.  Under presentation tab , it only shows from 0 - 100.   How do i show the top 300 items.
