Unable to login to Qlik Support portal

Desktop, Mobile and even on Chrom incognito every time i login to Qlik Support portal this error occurs

 

We can't log you in because of an issue with single sign-on. Contact your Salesforce admin for help.

 

is there a way to fix this. Already called support but still waiting for their reply

To access the Qlik Customer Portal, user need to create a Qlik account. Please follow the instructions here to set up the account: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Official-Support-Articles/How-to-Register-a-Qlik-Account/ta-p/1710664

Once Qlik account is created, log in to the Qlik Community at https://community.qlik.com/ and then access the Customer Portal at: https://qlikcrm.my.site.com/CustomerPortal/

This will allow customer to create and manage the support cases.
