Add to Manage Properties, Select App property a text value

HI - I am looking to add a couple of status's to the selection in Manage Properties.

I have access to QMC and there is a selection of Resource types but I just want to be able to select as Low, High and Medium status or similar. Is there a property type in place I should be using?
