If you have backups, you can restore the file in question from the most recent backup before it was replaced, and then import it as a new app. It should have the same name as the new (overridden) app, since they would share the same ID.
if the app was reloaded before this issue occurred you can look into the logs and recover the load script. (and therefore the datamodel) the visualization are lost forever 😞
