Calculating emp left the job?

Hello everyone,

          I used Count(distinct EMP_CODE2)-Above(Count(distinct EMP_CODE2)) w.r.t Month and got the Difference of Employees those were present in Previous Month and Not present in Current month.Now i want to which particular EmpCode has Left in Tabular Form.

How can i do that??
