Combine Measures

Hello,

I am attempting to create a measure for test values based off the percentiles in the database. I am currently using the expression FirstSortedValue(Distinct Value, AssessmentDate) to pull in the initial test date. I am struggling though to write an expression where I can have Percentile based off the initial date above. I wanted to know if there is a way to combine the 2 in  a bar chart so the bar represents the percentile but when you hover it displays the initial date/value. Let me know if I can explain anything better.  The initial and latest measures are  based on the first sorted value expression above. I need the bar to be based on a field Percentile but for those measures.
