Continuous scroll in straight/pivot tables

Is there anyone else who constantly gets complaints from users because they cannot scroll through the whole pivot table, both up and down, without clicking "load more" or "load previous"? 

I assume not, but is there any work around for this?

Is it presented this way?

If yes, you must uncheck this box if you are on PC, if the users use a touch device this functionality is unfortunately blocked to my knowledge
