Dashboard Theme Issue: QlikSense Classic Theme Displaying as Horizon Theme for Other Users after Upgrade

Hello everyone,

I'm encountering an issue with a dashboard in QlikSense and I need some help. Here are the details:

Issue Description:

• I have a dashboard in QlikSense that is owned and was published by an admin user.
• The dashboard has been set with the QlikSense Classic theme.
• When other users access the dashboard, it displays with the Horizon theme instead of the Classic theme.

What I Have Tried So Far:

1. Verified that the Classic theme is applied correctly by the admin user.
2. Republished the dashboard

Environment Details:

• QlikSense version: May 2024
• The dashboard was created using the June 2019 version

Questions:

1. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?
2. Are there any known bugs or settings that could cause this behavior?
3. What steps can I take to ensure all users see the dashboard with the Classic theme?

I do not have experience with this, but maybe check the settings in the management console. For example, user access or any security rules.
