Difference in calculation QS and QV

hi all,

when trying to apply the same data and charts dimensions and expression on QV and QS I get different values..

The only difference is on QV I format the number with % checked in. this option is not available on Sense.

Here is my expression in QV

count( {<Year={'2015'},Flag={'0'}>} ID)

/Count( TOTAL <Month>{<xyzl={'*'},Year={'2015'},Flag={'0'}>} ID)

Anyone knows how can handle the expression on Sense
