Disabling Export option from charts/tables

Hello!

I have very interesting request: the client wants to keep data visible for end users, but disable data Export option from the QS charts/tables. Not to hide an Export icon, but disable the Export option completely. 

Anybody have ideas how to handle that (in SaaS)?

Appreciate any suggestions.
