How to disable copy of an object for particular objects

Hi 

I have a sheet which has so many objects while i am trying to copy one object then coping of that particular object  is disable and for other objects it is enabled how is it possible ??

while i am checking Admin override then it is enabled to that particular object 

how is it possible that disabled copy action to the particular object 

can anyone please explain

Its weird, where is it happening, in  Qlik SAAS or in client managed QSEW version?
