How to show same column Report for Multiple user

Hi All,

I wanted to develop a Report for Multiple Main Assignee Name, please see the below data. Main Assignee Name Can Increase or decrease or maybe Main Assignee Name can be change. So, I want to develop. that Report in dynamic way for every Main Assignee Name. Please See the E.g. in the below. Please any solution for that.
