How to use the output of one graph to filter the other graph ?

Dear all, 

I have developed a dashboard with two different filter. Now I would like to use the output of one of the charts as an input filter to other chart ? 

Example : using one filter I got an output in one of the tables a list of project names. Now I want to use all the project name in that field as input to show me all the change request for that project automatically.

As you can see the attached the change in filter only impact my proj table but not the change table. 

when I uploaded the data in the data manager the name of the column proj is automatically changed to name.proj for one of the table
