Images that I have uploaded are not resolving

I am running into an issue with the images that I have previously loaded are not resolving. When I try to reload image it still does not resolve and shows the stock Qlik image. Is anyone else having a similar issue

Are you uploading these images to the resource library and then using them in an app?
