Issue when duplicate an App

Hello,
I have a problem when I want to duplicate applications. It happens half the time, and I don't know where it's coming from.
I have the following error when i want to duplicate the app:

and in the logs I have:

Not available  Engine  Not available  Global::CopyApp  Duplicate app  404  Object read error. fe44fb80-c3d4-4f4b-8ff2-354c71c50fde

A few hours later when I do a duplication test again it is OK and I can do it well.
Have you ever encountered this error, or do you have any suggestions for resolutions?

Are you on multi node environment and trying to duplicate from hub? There are many community post on that problem, one of them shared below? If you are on the same boat, you might find more info in the community.

thanks for your reply. Yes it's a multi node environment and yes I try to duplicate on hub.
