Joins or concatenatiom

Hi All,

 

I have students data in two files

which have ID, Name,Contact like this

ID field is common in both the files

 

I need to create visuals based on two files

 

What is best to use joins or concatenation

 

 

PLease help

Hi @Bharathi09 

Just create an app and using Data Load Manager, upload the two files, If both fields have same name Qlik will associate tables, then just create your visuals.

Please, access the tutorial to learning basic from Qlik Sense.

You can just add the 2 files and set the ID field as primary key of these 2 tables and they automatically link between each other

Actually I have 2 data sets in which data is different in two datasets some column names are same but different data ,
I also have 3rd dataset
I loaded this 3 datasets in QS
I need to merge this 3 tables and one more thing is that I have location column in 3rd table which I need to bring it up in previously loaded table

I think you need to watch Tutorials then you ´ll concatenate or join the 3rd table using Data Load Manager or Loading Editor.
