Natural Language Query features

Hi,

I'm using Qlik Sense Desktop (February 2020) and I'm trying to understand how to build queries into the Insight Advisor.

I read from the documentation that Insight Advisor recognizes the measures, dimensions, and fields that are defined in the Qlik Sense application. To augment my application I can add synonyms to Master Items and fields by tagging them.

I added tags both to master items and fields but the Insight Advisor doesn't find them.

Why it doesn't work?

Did you happen to figure out how come? Was it a problem related to the data model?
