Need to count the zero value columns.

Hi All,

In this above table, have values for last 24 months of a customer. Each column is calculated by set analysis using date field.
Customer's need is to count the months where they have no values and display it in the next column.
For an Example: - If we check backwards from current month, how many months consecutively they have zero values.

In this case, if we check from Jun 2023 to March 2023, they don't have any values, so in the next column of Jun 2023, customer needs the output as 4.

Can anyone help me on this...? This wud be great help.
