Nprinting 17.2 engine always offline

have an issue with Engine in Nprinting 17.2 always shown Offline

Hi Mohammed,

Try to first restart the rabbitmq service followed by Nprinitng engine and then give it a couple of minutes to change the status of the engine.

To add, I hope you installed nprinting engine with the scheduler node name as jsut the server name instead of FQDN. And, when you add the Engine in Nprinting, just mention the servername.

e.g. server1

server1.domain.local
