Pivot Table remove column search function from pivot table

Is it possible to hide the search buttons in pivot tables? Ideally I would like reporting period search bar to be hidden and segment name I would like to be impacted by filter selection but not from the search bar within pivot.

Hello,

I think this video from Christof Schwarz might have what you need. You can use a Multi-KPI object to remove the search hibbons and save some space.
