Pivot Table

Hi ,

I have one pivot table as attached screenshot, I just want to add another expression just like highlighted in the screenshot under the year-month. I have achieved the other dimension like team forecast or customer forecast using the valuelist. 

Can anyone help me to achieve that, also please let me know if have any solution using pick match?
