Pivot table dimension

HI I have pivot table there is one Dimension which has 5 values , 

dimension  Name  [Country List]

Uk         5

US        3

Jap      5

Aus     10 

Grate Britain  5   

i want  UK And Great Britain as one value . can be named as UK 

[dplr-rn]

Simplest way while loading data check the value and if its Great Britain change it to UK

Alternatively if the primary keys for both are same you can choose not to load row called great Britain
