QAP Server + How to browse a mashup website ?

Hi there,

I have created a mashup , using mashup editor in QAP Server. I can VIEW the mashup in the dev-hub.

So, i gave my colleague the URL -- https://servername/extensions/mashup1.html . he couldnt browse through as it prompted windows authentication.

if iwant people to access the mashup site publicly, how can i resolve this issue?

Hi Steve,

I have installed Qlik Sense 3.2.2 and enabled it with QAP license. As I noticed there is no tokens. then I imported an application and went to DEVHUB then created a mashup. When I put the mashup URL on other tab, it is opening fully but when the other user is  trying to access it is saying ACCESS DENIED. Then what you mentioned the way above, I went to virtual Proxy , enabled anonymous users. then I write a security rule as ((user.isAnonymous() or resource.name="APPNAME")) . Then I go to license and Tokens , USER ACCESS rules , then I write  user.isAnonymous(). Even then an anonymous user can't access the mashup. Can you please tell me what exactly I am missing.

Hi ,

I have a below use case:

Business users has its own portal and they want to put Qlik reports as a part of Mashups on that portal. 

They want to provide access to both internal as well as External users. 

External(not part of AD group) users will be logging to that portal via some login ID . 

So need to understand what approach we need to take for External users and how will authentication be handled using Qlik Mashups.

I want to know how will an external user authenticate and access reports?
