Qlik Sense Enterprise Version Works without IIS installed On Server?

Hello Everyone!

I have, recently, installed Qlik Sense Enterprise on Windows 2012 Server, and I have not installed the IIS on that Server. I am able to access my Apps (with a certificate warning of course since I have not installed any certificate yet). Now what I would like to do is to install SSL certificate, and in order to do that I have to generate a ".csr" file from the IIS. Now my first question is if I install IIS on the server will Qlik still work?

My second question is, If I install the certificate will the message be still shown (the warning I mean)?

My third question is, is there a way to generate ".csr" file without IIS and openSSL?
