Section Access use case

Hi, 

I have an app showing sales by sales rep and I am now bringing in sales quota data by sales rep to track performance. 

1: I am looking for a solution so that each sales rep can only see their own performance.

2: Each sales rep has a manager and the manager should only be able to see performance for their own reps. 

Any way to get this done with section access or else?
