2.how to create private chat with a single  person or a single group in vizlib collaboration.

Vizlib Collaboration doesn’t automatically manage Section Access for chat, so you’ll need to control who sees what using user roles or security rules just like how platforms like MirrorFly, Apphitect, or Sendbird handle user permissions. When it comes to private one-on-one or group chats, you can set up dedicated chat streams and add only the chosen participants to keep conversations private.
