Show / Hide a Pivot Measure upon Dimensions open and close

In Qlik Sense, the Pivot Table is shown having below set of Dimensions and Measures,

Hide the Measure: Market Value in Local
Issuer Asset Fund Portfolio Currency Market Value in Local Market Value in EUR Dimensionality()
Totals                                                       100                            230                                 0
A                                                               100                           230                                 1

only for Issuer, the Measure Market Value in Local must be hidden while for the rest it should be shown.
