I'll be asking the right people to give me a store map of the entire retail space represented as squares (sections or zones). I want to track sales data for each square and generate monthly and yearly sales reports.
What kind of data do I need to collect to do this effectively?
Would using a heatmap be the right approach, or is there a better method(Chart) ?
