Target variance % Line chart how to make it display at Jan -80% and Feb -30% on chart ?

Hi All

I have a chart , one of the line is % Variance , i like the data point display % amount on the line chart.

I need Jan display -80% and Feb display -30%

Now it only display 1 ball , if i tick on show data point on Y Axis.

Can some help me.
