Transformation

Hi,

i need transformation, like they are providing y-axis-4.5 like reference line . the line is touching to reference line at some point like x-axis 6.95. ho will do this transformation any logic.

Note: for one line will apply, but we will show 20 lines data. any logic help me. thanks.
