Qlik Catalog License Activation Issue

We just complete the installation of Qlik Catalog but facing activation issue. When login with podium account and passing the license key throwing error

core.error.code.FAILED_TO_CONNECT_TO_LICENSES_SERVICE - Failed to connect to the licenses service. Check if the licenses service is running.

Does anyone can support me how to check all the services is running or not?

Internet is open and qlik license server allowed

Hi @jamshed07 ,

Try the following command to check if license service is working:

(qdc) $ cd /usr/local/qdc/qlikcore && ./launch_qlikContainers.sh

I had a similiar issue but in my case ports 9200 and 5432 were not opened.Please check if they are open .

Also check following ports are opened.

They are pushing qliksense so hard which makes no sense to me. If I have to redesign, repurchase licenses, I’m just going to switch everything to PowerBI. I already am double-paying for reporting licenses with Office E5 and QlikView.
