Qlik Lineage Connector : connectors greyed out

Hi,

I successfully installed Qlik Data Lineage Connector v1.2.3 and was able to setup a first project using the connector for Qlik Sense (on-prem).  Installation is done on a RIM node.

While the connectors for QlikView and Qlik nPrinting are also available, all non-Qlik connectors are disabled (greyed out).  Can someone please advise how to enable those?
