Alternate to Cross Table

Hello, 

I am having a table with multiple measures and only few dimensions....

Ex:

D1 D2 D3 D4 M1......M20.

If I use cross table function, then my data would blow up and I might end up with performance issue.

Is there any other way where I can transpose the data with minimal performance impact?

Please help.
