Can't load data from dropbox

we have Qlik Sense since 2 years ago, but from last friday our tasks fails everytime. We have txt files in Dropbox and we load every night.

The task connects to dropbox and find the files, but the message appears because Qlik can' t understand the contents of the file. It fails with TXT and XLS files that have been used since years.

If you load the data manually, it fails again.

When you put the files in the app ( outside dropbox ), works fines.

Can anybody help me ?

hi @DaniGAP , could you please give more details about your case:

1. what Sense product do you use

2. the exact error message 

3. if possible, sample of the file that doesn't load

4. if possible, try to load other files via the same dropbox connection
