Cannot refresh data from source

In Qlik Sense, I succeed to add some data from Excel or flat file, than I changed some value in the source file, then go to Qlik Sense, click Load Data, but data in Qlik remains, nothing updated.

After some kind of tests, I found this problem shows in November version, but not in September version.
