I am trying to connect our Enterprise Qlik setup with Hyperion Essbase. I am not part of the Qlik team and therefore I have no purview over it.
Essbase is part of the Hyperion Planning (v 11.1.2.4) deployment and it setup in a three server layout.
-Web server -Essbase server -Planning server
I have tried multiple times to connect Essbase as a data source but have not been successful. There isn't a lot of documentation or material regarding the set up. I have checked if APS is setup on Hyperion and it is. I have verified that. I have entered the web server as the data source and it seems to create a connecting string but the connectivity fails even after using the master credentials. The port used was 19000.
Could someone please help me with the connectivity set up?
