Connection to Microsoft SQL not working

- We are trying to connect to Microsoft SQL in Saas Version but its showing connection time out. The same can be done when we are using the credentials in enterprise version instead of cloud.
- We gave our IP to Team to give access to but in-case of Saas which IP to give to customer to give access.
