Connector error: The computed authentication tag did not match the input authentication tag. (DirectAccess-4021)

Hi all,

recently Qlik data gateway (ver. 1.6.2)  starts return the following error:

Connector error: The computed authentication tag did not match the input authentication tag. (DirectAccess-4021)

and Im not able to find information on this specific issue.

We know that 1.6.2 is not the latest version and we already planned the gateway update at the end of May.

Are there someone that faced the same error and find a fix\workaround?

Could be the issue connected with the Data Gateway version?

Error occurs in version 1.7.10 also. Has anything really been identified as the root cause?
