We migrated Qlik Sense multi node architecture from old servers(Ex:A,B,C) to New servers (E,F,G) and decommissioned the old servers. Now data connections are working from stream level but not working in Workspace. What may be the reason? What i need to check to get this solve?
Are the workspace connections the exact same as the stream connections? Are workspace connections a dev or uat connection and the stream is a prod connection? It sounds like permissions of the service account to the environment but more information is needed.
Can you share a script log file with the error ? A common source of this is permission: In Stream, reload are perform by sa_scheduler user, but in Workspace by the owner of the app. Then, if he does not have the privilege to read it, it's cause an error.
