Data Connections Pane in Qlik Sense Hub not loading

I'm a new user of Qlik Sense.

Some problems that I already had, I solved in google search. But I have one that can not solved yet. 

The Qlik Sense Data Manager and Data Connection does not load when opening the Data Load Editor or Add Data Wizard. The Qlik Sense hub does not load a data connection.

I already try this links ( https://community.qlik.com/t5/Knowledge/Data-Connections-Pane-in-Qlik-Sense-Hub-not-loading/ta-p/171... ) workaround but do not help me resolve the issue.

Can anyone help me solve this issue?

I using Qlik Sense August 2021 Patch 2, qlik sense server 14.28.7, on windows server 2012 r2
