Professional vs analyzer license
Remote users say connectivity is slow and they can't see all data when I assign them an analyzer license. If I remove the analyzer license allocation and give them a professional license, it works fine. We can't give all users professional licenses. Please help if you know what might be causing this and/or how to fix it.

Hello,
I understand that you are experiencing some issues with Qlik Sense licenses. Qlik Sense Professional license gives access to all the features of Qlik Sense, however the Analyzer license has limited access. Further information regarding the differences in licenses can be found at "Difference between Qlik Sense Enterprise Professional and Analyzer Users license type" [1] article. In the article it is stated that users with Analyzer license are not able to "Update, upload or modify data". My current assumption is that users that have the analyzer license are trying to reload the dataset to preview the new data and they are unable to do so, which means that they see less data, but whenever you give them professional license they are able to reload the data. Can you please confirm with me if this matches your observation?
