Direct access gateway - internal error

Hi 
I am trying to set up a connection to MSSQL via direct access gateway (DAG).
I have configured the gateway as per the instruction and it is connected, when trying to establish a connection in the APP I'm getting internal error

when I try different port or wrong credential I am still getting the same error.

The log shows error Direct Access Gateway relay command failed

Any help appreciated

Please ensure you have validated all the steps mentioned in https://help.qlik.com/en-US/cloud-services/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Gateways/direct-access-g... and check that if you are using any firewall it is configured to allow traffic b/w the DG and the SQL Server
